1. Description of Servicesa. You will be contacted within 3 days after contacting me.b. Once the artwork, price & timeline have been agreed on, I will start working on your request.c. I hold the rights to decline a request (this is to ensure quality of services), you will always be informed about this.d. Commissions can take anywhere from 3 days up to 2 months, depending on various factors. The timeline will be discussed before starting.

2. Product Quality
Unless otherwise discussed.Standard canvas dimensions: (300dpi)
- 18x24 inches (horizontal and vertical illustrations)
- 18x18 inches (square illustrations)

3. Paymenta. PAYPAL INVOICE ONLYb. Payment is 50/50
(50% before sending the initial sketch, 50% before sending the final piece. I cannot send anything until the payment has been received).c. Prices are in USD and all include VAT (BTW)

4. Revisions and Changesa. Every commission includes 1 revision for the initial sketch.b. Character designs have a total of 2 revisions during the sketching stage, to make sure you are happy with the design.c. Commissions including color have 1 extra revision during the coloring stage.d. Every extra revision will cost $10 extra. (unless I, the artist, asks for an extra check)e. After approval of the ‘sketch’, there will not be any drastic changes to the character/composition without extra costs.

5. Copyright & Ownership
(Unless otherwise discussed)a. I hold all copyrights to the commissioned piece. This means I can post it on social media (with watermark) and I can use it for portfolios.b. I will never make any direct profit from the piece, such as selling prints, etc.c. For you (the client), the final product is for non-commercial use only.

6. Deliverya. The estimated time-span for the final piece is not definite, but I will do everything in my power to stick to it.b. After the final payment has been received, you will receive a google drive file containing the final piece & all the progress images.
(Note: there cannot be made any changes to the final piece without extra costs.)

7. Refunds & Extra Feesa. No refundsb. You can cancel your commission any time, but a cancelation fee might be applied depending on the stage the piece was at.c. Only extra fees from Revisions & Changes can increase the final price and will be included in the 2nd payment. These extra costs will always be discussed before being implemented into the piece.d. If I am, for whatever reason, incapable of completing your commission, you will receive a full refund and the art piece up until where it was finished. This is the only exception to the ‘no refunds’ term.

8. AgreementContacting me for a commission means that both parties have read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Service.
